The following Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you and Idillis Pty Ltd ("We", "Us" and "Our"), an Australian-based limited liability company that owns and publishes images, recipes, text, pages, videos and other content ("Content") on "The Aproneer" ("Site").

We reserve the right to remove Contributions that you make for any reason and at any time and without notice. We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, spam, references to illegal acts, content that violates this policy or infringes on legal rights of ours or a third party or any sexual content.

We assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding Contribution from a third party.

Use of the Site

Unless otherwise stated, We own the intellectual property and rights to all Content and the Site. Subject to the license below, all intellectual property rights are reserved.

Monitoring and enforcement

• Take any action, including deletion, for Contribution made to the Site for any reason
• Disclose information we hold about you in response to legal requests or as part of undertaking legal action against you
• Take appropriate legal action for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Site

Termination of access

We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Site and associated properties owned by Us without giving notice to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Us, our members, employees, officers, directors, managers, and agents harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, suits, actions, liabilities, obligations, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) which We suffer as a result of third-party claims based on: (i) your negligence or intentional misconduct, (ii) your breach of any provision of the Terms (including representation or warranty); (iii) materials prepared or provided by you including, but not limited to, any claims of infringement, or misappropriation of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary right, infringement of the rights of privacy or publicity, or defamation or libel; or (iv) death, personal injury, or property damage arising out of, or relating to, your obligations hereunder.
